In an official meeting between Mr. Bowery and Year 12, both parties have come to the agreement of certain privileges linked to responsibilities that Year 12 conforms to. 
This system is called the Prefects. A system where Year 12 pupils take responsibility and are seen as the leaders of the pupil’s body and assist the staff in certain management processes in the school. Prefects pins were given to them in front of the school during the morning assembly. The prefect group is led by a head boy and a head girl, whose position and responsibilities are well understood by universities around the world.
